Twenty five minutes drive from Beaumes, just the other side of the impossibly picturesque town of Suzette, is Ferme Saint Martin. This one is worth the drive just for the view back from the front of the farm, which is amongst the best we have found. It is a family run business, with sons Guy and Thomas taking up the mantle from their parents, who still live in situ. We got a very accommodating tour from our hostess, who presented four wines (white, rosé, two reds) in a cosy cellar and also gave us leave to walk among the vines should we so desire. Overall, the most picturesque vineyard and the most accommodating vignerons that we found. We recommend the 2016 Beaumes de Venise rouge.
